Infancy Milestones:
Infants start to show preferences for familiar adults, they start to smile and respond to a parent or caregivers voice, they use crying, cooing, and face expressions to try and communicate their needs, they start to begin to self sooth by thumb sucking, cuddling and using a blanket. Cognitively, they start to explore different objects with their hands and mouth, they are able to follow moving objects, they show they are curious about the world, begins to know how to shake the rattle to make it make noise. Physical development, they have better head support, starts to roll over, sit with support, crawls, pulls to stand up, start to take first steps, and able to have a good grasp on different objects and rotate between hands.
